APICS Inland Empire Spring Symposium Boasts Expert Manufacturing Panel

“Managing Rapid Growth When Manufacturing & the Supply Chain are Hot”

CLAREMONT, CA – April 25, 2018  APICS Inland Empire Chapter (APICS-IE), the leading association for supply chain and operations professionals, is proud to announce the Spring 2018 Executive Panel.  The Symposium is focusing on: “Managing Rapid Growth When Manufacturing & the Supply Chain Are Hot”. The event will be held on Saturday, May 5, 2018 at Harvey Mudd College in Claremont, California.

The panel features four key executives familiar with the rapid growth experienced by manufacturing and the impact on all aspects within the supply chain. 

“We are thrilled to have top notch manufacturing and supply chain experts and related trusted advisors on our executive panel to discuss rapid growth, change and associated impacts for manufacturers and distributors in the Inland Empire. They will discuss strategies for successfully navigating these waters and comment on the recent tax law changes and how to leverage opportunities for success” commented Lisa Anderson, APICS-IE Chapter Leader and President of LMA Consulting Group.

The panel includes:

“Each panelist brings a unique perspective into the discussion. From strategy and operational excellence to logistics networks and tax implications, we will discuss the euphoria of a booming manufacturing environment, as well as the pain points that arise from it.  What’s most important is that we collaborate with industry leaders and share key insights, so that our attendees stay ahead of the needs of the business” Ms. Anderson concluded.

The symposium attracts industry professionals from throughout the Inland Empire and Southern California and welcomes students.  The APICS-IE Spring Symposium, “Managing Rapid Growth When Manufacturing & the Supply Chain Are Hot” will be held Saturday, May 5, 2018 from 8:00-11:30 AM at Harvey Mudd College in Claremont, California.
